As part of the senior leadership team my role is to strategically align the firm’s vision and mission to our people and culture goals. My focus is to recruit, develop, motivate and retain top talent through creative talent planning, employee engagement and professional development. I consider myself a highly motivated, team player who fosters growth and development while encouraging creativity and supporting a strong work ethic.
My role is to maintain direct daily contact with all levels of the firm, across our three offices in Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver. I strongly believe in creating an environment where people feel empowered, supported and limitless for achieving their full potential.
I have been given the opportunity to oversee the largest asset that Linmac LLP has, its people.
I am a certified CHRL and PCP, with over 16 years of experience in the People and Culture space. I was recently elected as the incoming 2026 Human Resources SIG Leader for The Law Office Management Association (TLOMA).
In my spare time I enjoy playing soccer, circuit style fitness training, hiking the outdoors, a good book, a glass of wine, and being able to discover the world by travelling with my young family.
