Greg advises on a broad range of matters, including family and private business tax planning, succession and intergenerational wealth transfers and cross-border tax planning, with a strong emphasis on minimizing tax exposure while achieving clients’ long-term planning objectives. He regularly acts on exit and monetization transactions, investment structuring, and the formation of private equity and hedge funds, including both inbound and outbound financings and related business arrangements.
